Environmental Emissions, Pilot Training Concerns Top 2007 ALPA Air Safety & Security Forum Agenda

The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) will address emerging aviation issues at the 53rd Annual ALPA Air Safety & Security Forum, your non-stop flight to the most up-to-date safety and security information in the aviation industry. The 2007 Forum will be held August 8-9, at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C. This year’s Forum will answer some of the most critical questions, including:

The 53rd Annual Air Safety & Security Forum will gather leading aviation safety and security experts to discuss the latest developments, trends, and technologies in the airline industry. The Air Safety & Security Awards Banquet, the Forum finale, will recognize 50 years of excellence in the piloting profession, including the presentation of ALPA’s safety awards and the first ever security award.

Wednesday, August 8
ALPA’s Annual Air Safety & Security Forum begins at 1:00 p.m. and the day features top aviation safety and security issues facing pilots and the industry today, including:

Thursday, August 9
Expert panels continue all day. The Air Safety & Security Awards Banquet closes the Forum at 6:00 p.m.
